Ostara/Spring Equinox Art Celebration

During this WorkShop, we will create our Sacred Space, Cleansing and Grounding to begin our Circle. A small meditation focusing on what you want to bring forth, create or step into as we expand towards the light. Once you’re clear on your intention, you will write it down. You will then visualize your intention as if it’s already come to fruition while holding your seeds. Feeling all of the energy of excitement, joy, pride, peace and wholeness nurturing that energy into your seeds. Then, you will Create your own Seed Planting Jar to take home and nurture through nature’s changing cycles Followed by a short Yoga Nidra to help you deepen those intentions. In Closing, we will take a few moments to sit with the emotions and images and create your own art with wildflowers and paints.  You will take home your Seeds Planted With Intentions and Your Art accompanied with Ostara information to help.
