Jessica Karas
Reiki Master, Medium, & Teacher 

Jessica Karas is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Usui Reiki practitioner, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, and professional psychic medium who has enjoyed helping people explore, learn, heal, and thrive for more than 18 years. Her specialty is reminding people how amazing they truly are.

 

Jess is certified in advanced regression hypnosis through the National Guild of Hypnotists. She holds Level III/ Reiki Master certification in Usui Reiki. In addition, she has trained in multiple martial arts and is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, and a certified Taekwondo instructor. 

 

Her lifelong experiences of the supernatural have inspired her to study a variety of spiritual healing traditions, including Shamanism. Locally, she has taught workshops for LPS, SCC, UNL, area businesses, community centers, church groups, and more. She can be reached at: jkarasneb@gmail.com.
