Hanna Day-Woodruff

 Hanna received her 200-RYT through Yoga Body and Balance in 2012 and taught in Lincoln until 2014, when she moved away. A new town, pregnancy, and parenthood took her away from yoga teaching, but she is now thrilled to be able to guide classes once again. "What I love about yoga is its ability to unite the mind, heart, and body in the moment, in the somatic experience, to view what arises with curiosity and compassion, and to take a playful approach that views weakness as the pathway to strength and balance.
