About the event
Just about everyone experiences back pain at times. During this slow, mindful class, we focus on strengthening the upper back, stabilizing the lower back, and cultivating mindfulness so that we're less likely to move in ways that contribute to back pain. This is a great class if you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for a while and need extra back care.
