About the event
Every once in a while, I do somthing that causes back pain and sciatica. Usually, it's carrying something too heavy for too long, sitting for extended periods, or making a quick movement.
To heal this pain, it always works to do a few movement that strengthen the muscles that support my back. There are movements for the upper and lower back, core strengtheing, and breath to bring more mindfulness around what I'm doing and how I'm doing it.
