Winter Solstice 2024

Join us for a special event hosted by Bella Spa & Apothecary,  Bella Shakti Ayurveda, and Yoga Together Lincoln. 

This is a progressive event that begins at BellaSpa & Apothecary at 2pm with our essential oil goddess, Tara Burcher.  She will teach us how to make our own bath salts/soaks with our proprietary blends of essential oils. You can choose from the blends called "Rest", "Be Well", or "Muscle Relief".  $20.00 for a 6 oz bamboo container or $12.00 for a 6 oz  pouch. 

Next, we invite you to walk over to 3905 S 48th St. second floor, to share a complimentary prepared refreshment by Ann Alesio of Bella Shakti Ayurveda.  With an emphasis on harmonizing taste, nourishment, and calming the senses, you will learn why this is beneficial to your well being. 

At 4pm, we'll gather at Yoga Together Lincoln where Sundance Miller and Jessica Jewell will guide you through …
