Join Jessica Jewell for a slow mindful yoga practice that includes asana, pranayama. and meditation. Rooted in classical yoga teachings, this class is for people interested in exploring the body/mind/soul connection through the practice of the eight limbs of yoga.
In this class, you'll be led through a seasonally-appropriate sequence of postures and a breathing practice with a bit of time for silent meditation.
