About the event
Level 1 yoga is for people who have less than a year of yoga experience or for folks who have a lot of experience looking for a basic class. Each class includes a brief conversation on a yogic topic, asana, and pranayama. You'll leave feeling grounded and uplifted - or as we might say in class, you'll root down to rise up!
