Awaken II: Where Movement Meets Meaning

Join Jessica Girija Jewell for a six-week series that gently explores the connection between yoga and astrology. Together, we’ll awaken to the inner solar system—the chakras—as we engage in embodied practices that invite greater stability, flexibility, and insight into daily life.

Each week focuses on one chakra as a center of subtle intelligence—encoded with planetary resonance, emotional patterns, and the momentum of inner evolution. Through yoga, we’ll cultivate the inner conditions for spiritual growth: softening resistance, deepening presence, and allowing the light of awareness to rise.
