Service Description
An Ayurvedic-Inspired Yoga Practice Our bodies and minds are deeply connected to the rhythms of nature. Each season brings its own elemental qualities — warmth or coolness, lightness or heaviness, dryness or moisture — and these qualities influence how we feel, move, and live. Yoga for the Seasons is a monthly class designed to help you align your practice with the wisdom of the natural world. Drawing on Ayurveda, we explore yoga as a therapeutic practice. In this class, we move and breathe in harmony with the energies of the present moment — supporting balance, vitality, and ease through the turning of the year. Each session includes: A short talk on the current seasonal influences and Ayurvedic insights A guided asana practice attuned to the season’s needs Pranayama (breathwork) to support energetic balance A brief silent meditation to integrate body, mind, and spirit A closing reflection or simple takeaway to carry into daily life All are welcome. Come as you are, and learn to tune your practice — and your inner life — to the living rhythm of the seasons.
