Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow paced practice that encourages students to slow down in this fast paced world. Breath is slowed and asanas, or poses, are held for multiple minutes allowing the body to slowly release tension and remove stagnant energy. Physically, yin yoga helps to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility focusing on the connective tissues of the body, tendons, fasciae, and ligaments. Yin Yoga is also a meditative practice bringing focus and awareness of the body and cultivating inner silence of the mind, while realizing a universal connection to all beings.
