Invitation to a community sound event at Yoga Together! I aim for a deep internal journey, but with the added bonus of collective energy. I bring my gongs and bowls and set you up for releasing the subtle body energy as well as activation of your intention. We will begin sound at 5, so come a little early to get settled in.
